We have just landed out of Wormhole #2 and are somewhere in the middle of nowhere, Montana. Doesn't that describe just about everywhere in Montana?

We have totally lost track of Donna. She has been in extreme hiker mode and is now through wormhole #3. Good for her (that was my outdoor voice...)

Piper & Kinsey are already hunting those pesky gophers out here. Either that or they think that Donna has disappeared down one of these holes or that gopher holes are wormholes. Maybe they're on to something.

Where's Donna?

Where did that Donna go? We are less than a kilometer behind her, somewhere between Thompson Falls and Helena, Montana. Kinsey is trying to track her. Yong Mei is catching up to us too. We could make a merry little band of travellers.

There's another wormhole that's been spotted, near Billings.

We landed out of the wormhole on our feet and are hot to trot! It looks as if Kinsey had caught scent of Donna and her guard cats. Look out, Donna - we're after you! You can run but you can't hide.

Into the Wormhole...

Well, it was quite a trek, especially last week in the heat on this side of the Cascades. But here we are, just outside of Twisp, about to enter our first wormhole! Hang on, Piper & Kinsey!

We hoped we would be first but we were just passed by that smarty pants, Donna Medgyesi! I'll have to get the dogs tracking and catch up with her.

The horror, the horror...

It's Canada Day and we are finally on the North Cascades Highway! That wormhole is getting closer & closer!

Tomorrow we begin a challenge with Rebecca - no chocolate and no alcohol for a week :-(( So, you can guess what I will be having after dinner. It's good that there are no shopping opportunities until we get to Winthrop.

Near Sedro Woolley

Here we are near Sedro Woolley, Washington. Kinsey wants to know if there are sheep nearby since it's called Woolley and does she get to chase them?

Good thing we didn't get distracted by Bellis Fair since I hear Rebecca sniffing at our heels!

We're getting closer to the North Cascades Hwy and the worm hole opening! Piper wants to know if there are worms in the worm hole, like there are foxes in a fox hole and does he get to chase them.
